Exhibitor is required to make NBAA aware of ALL companies that will be sharing exhibit space or co-exhibiting in this contracted exhibit space. The following new rules now apply to co-exhibitors:

  • Co-exhibitors must have a corporate relationship between themselves and the contracted primary exhibitor.
  • Co-exhibitors must be NBAA Members in good standing.
  • Co-exhibitors must purchase additional company profiles and must appear in the printed NBAA2014 Show Guide, the online exhibitor directory and the NBAA2014 mobile app.
  • Co-exhibitors do not qualify for the same benefits as the contracted primary exhibitor. Co-exhibitors are not allotted badges, and are not eligible to reserve meeting rooms or schedule press conferences.
  • Co-exhibiting companies must submit the Additional Company Profile Request form with payment of $500 per additional company profile.

Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) Exhibits

Exhibitor understands and agrees to the following pricing for each exhibit space on a non-refundable basis. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITH APPLICATION. IF APPLICATION IS RECEIVED WITH PARTIAL OR NO PAYMENT, EXHIBIT SPACE WILL BE FORFEITED. Exhibitor understands and agrees to the OCCC Exhibitor Contract Terms, Conditions, Rules & Regulations.

OCCC Exhibit Space Pricing

Payment and contract paid in full by March 10, 2014:
$2,735 per 10 ft by 10 ft (100 sq ft) exhibit space
Payment or contract received after March 10, 2014:
$2,785 per 10 ft by 10 ft (100 sq ft) exhibit space

Exhibit space will be used solely by your organization – and identified Co-Exhibitors above – during NBAA2014.

Indoor Static Display at the Orange County Convention Center

An indoor static display exhibit space at the Orange County Convention Center is available for "real" aircraft only, with aircraft having aisles on all four sides. No exhibit materials are permitted within the exhibit space, with the exception of outdoor patio furniture, flag poles and one brochure rack for marketing materials.

INDOOR STATIC DISPLAY SPACE FEE MUST BE PAID IN FULL WHEN SUBMITTING APPLICATION. Additional fees will apply to any aircraft that must be towed to the OCCC from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

The Static Display of Aircraft is restricted to aircraft exhibits only. Exhibitor understands and agrees to the Static Display Contract Terms, Conditions, Rules & Regulations.

LEKTRO, Inc. will provide tugging services for the Static Display per the schedule above. NBAA will collect these fees and remit payments to Lektro, Inc. directly. Aircraft requiring additional movements beyond the initial positioning or for any after-hours towing will be charged one-and-a-half times the one-way towing rate.

Please note: All payments for NBAA2014 should be made in U.S. dollars. All Exhibitors and Co-exhibitors must be current on all accounts with NBAA and paid in full for their exhibit space in order for space to be assigned.

Company checks and bank wire transfers are the preferred methods of payment for NBAA2014. Checks should be made payable to NBAA. When payments are made by wire transfer, please include a $30 wire processing fee. Please be aware that due to banking delays, wires may take 7-10 days to be received by NBAA.

Credit card payments are an accepted form of payment. However, payments received in excess of $20,000 will be subject to a 3% processing fee.
