NBAA2014 Exhibit Application/Contract
A live NBAA2014 Exhibit Space Placement Lottery will be held between March 24 and May 9, 2014, to allow indoor exhibitors to select their preferred booth locations based on available space. Lottery participants will work with NBAA exhibits staff on conference calls, reviewing Orange County Convention Center floor plans online in real time, to select their preferred exhibit space.
To participate in the live lottery placement, exhibit applications must be submitted with full, non-refundable payments by March 10, 2014. Email notifications with lottery results and conference call appointment times will be sent after the March 10, 2014, deadline. Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
