NBAA2013 Meeting Room Request
NBAA provides meeting rooms for exhibitors at the Las Vegas Convention Center at a cost of $275 per room per day. These rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Catering, audio-visual, signage and marketing are the sole responsibility of the company using the room. Also please note that NBAA is not responsible for the promotion of these meetings.
NBAA makes every effort to provide meeting rooms that are appropriate in size and set in the manner requested. As rooms must be shared throughout the event, however, rooms cannot always be set exactly as requested.

Once your request has been reviewed, NBAA will send an email confirming the room number and room set, along with information for audio-visual and food/beverage service. Please understand that requests for room set changes may result in additional charges. Please provide any special requests in advance when possible.
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
