ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER EXHIBITS

Exhibitor understands and agrees to the following pricing for each Exhibit Space on a non-refundable basis: FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITH APPLICATION. IF APPLICATION IS RECEIVED WITH PARTIAL OR NO PAYMENT, EXHIBIT SPACE WILL BE FORFEITED. Exhibitor understands and agrees to the NBAA Exhibitor Rules & Regulations) applicable to all NBAA2012 Exhibitors.

ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER EXHIBIT SPACE PRICING

Payment and/or Contract received after February 17, 2012: $2,650 per 10 ft by 10 ft (100 sq ft) Exhibit Space

All contracts submitted after the February 17, 2012 deadline will pay the $2,650.00 per 10 x 10 Exhibit Space rate.

ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER OUTDOOR STATIC DISPLAY AREA

The Outdoor Static Display area at the Orange County Convention Center is reserved for real aircraft only. No Exhibit elements are permitted on the Outdoor Static Display. Additional fees may apply to any Aircraft which must be towed to the Convention Center from the airport.

OUTDOOR STATIC DISPLAY AT THE ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER EXHIBIT SPACE FEE must be paid in full by February 17, 2012.

Lektro, Inc. will provide tugging services for the Static Display per the schedule above. NBAA will collect these fees and remit payments to Lektro, Inc. directly. Aircraft requiring additional movements beyond the initial positioning or for any after-hours towing will be charged one-and-a-half times the one-way towing rate.

Please note: All payments for NBAA2012 should be made in U.S. dollars. All Exhibitors and Co-Exhibitors must be current on all accounts with NBAA and paid in full for their Exhibit Space in order for Space to be assigned.

Company checks and bank wire transfers are the preferred methods of payment for NBAA2012. Checks should be made payable to NBAA. When payments are made by wire transfer, please include a $30 wire processing fee. Please be aware that due to banking delays, wires may take 7-10 days to be received by NBAA.

Credit card payments are an accepted form of payment. However, payments received in excess of $20,000 will be subject to a 3% processing fee.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
