ABACE Show Guide Advertising

Distributed to each attendee at ABACE, the Show Guide includes essential information on exhibits, education sessions, social gatherings, shuttle bus schedules and other happenings at Asia’s most important business aviation event.

The Show Guide offers a variety of advertising opportunities:

  • Full-page, four-color, run of book: U.S. $2,200
  • Half-page, four-color, run of book: U.S. $1,300
  • Pocket agenda: U.S. $5,500

Print advertisers will automatically have their advertising message carried into the pages of the ABACE.aero website and the ABACE mobile app.

Any additional typesetting or production work on mechanicals, including edits to ads from previous years, will be billed to the advertiser. PMS colors, metallic colors and spot varnish charges will be billed to the advertiser.

Payment Method

Please note: All payments for ABACE should be made in U.S. dollars. When payments are made by wire transfer, please include a $30 wire processing fee. All Companies requesting Additional Company Profiles must be current on all accounts with NBAA and AsBAA (including all Exhibit fees for ABACE).

Company checks and bank wire transfers are the preferred methods of payment for ABACE. Credit card payments are an accepted form of payment; however, payments received in excess of $20,000 will be subject to a 3% processing fee.

Payments in excess of $20,000 are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

No additional fees are required for credit card payments below $20,000.

No additional fees are required when paying by check.

When payments are made by wire transfer, please include a $30 wire processing fee.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Effective August 2013, the Chinese Tax Authority began to levy VAT on a nationwide basis on certain services previously subject to business tax. The VAT tax rate is 6.45% and is added to your invoice. In some cases, you may be able to deduct the VAT paid to NBAA from your VAT remittance to the Chinese Tax Authority. Please consult your tax advisor for further guidance.
