Press Conferences will be held on Monday, April 11 (Press Day); and Tuesday, April 12.
Exhibitors may reserve a maximum of two press conference rooms for a fee of U.S. $1,000 each. These rooms are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
To ensure ABACE management's ability to accommodate as many press conferences as possible, exhibitors are requested to adhere to the 45-minute per press conference time as closely as possible and vacate the room immediately after their press conference concludes. Exhibitors are asked to leave rooms clean and in good condition with all trash and marketing materials removed prior to the set-up time for the following press conference. Due to the short time between press conferences, catering is not permitted during press conferences.
Once your press conference has been confirmed, you will receive a notice of the room assignment, along with instructions for ordering additional audio/visual equipment and signage for your event. Please note that refunds are not provided once a press conference has been reserved.
New for 2016: There will be no Media Luncheon this year. Instead, an ABACE Press Conference will be held on Monday, April 11 from 4:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. and a Media Reception will follow. No other press conferences will be held during this time.
